We reply to support requests via email. This is facilitated via a third party tool called Helpscout which stores your data and information provided. You can read through their Terms of Services<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Depending on your query, we may forward your query to relevant third parties, such as our payment providers, platform partners or development partners.<\/p>\n
